This Seminar celebrates the signing of an agreement signed by Latin American countries for the creation, in the region, of doctoral courses focused on public policies and the teaching profession. The tenth anniversary of the creation of the Latin American Doctorate (DLA) at the Faculty of Education of the Federal University of Minas Gerais will also be celebrated.
